Biography
As a child Daniel grew up in Luxembourg, where he started to play the trombone
at the age of 7. He had the chance to
participate in masterclasses with Michael Becquet and Joseph Alessi at very young age. In 2009, at the age of 12, Daniel participated at a music contest in Luxembourg where he was awarded the gold medal, and played his first solo concert the same year too.
As he grew up, Daniel had the chance to be surrounded by very fine musicians and got involved in projects with professional orchestras, like the Military band of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra and the Gürzenich Orchester Köln (with concerts in the Philharmonic Hall in Luxembourg, the Philharmonic Hall in Paris, Opera House Cologne etc.).
After he graduated from high school he took auditions at university and got accepted at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in 2016, where he is currently studying orchestral Trombone performance in the class of Ulrich Flad.
In 2017 Daniel is officially proclaimed "AR Mouthpiece" Artist.
