Biography

Nadine Baert has studied until 2012 at the Conservatory from the city Luxembourg. At that time, she got many experiences in the fields of Percussion and Chamber Music with Prof. Paul Mootz, analysis and musical culture in the class of Prof. Claude Lenners, singing with Monique Simon und Elena Tanase, as well as piano, solfège, harmony, latin percussion, prima vista and ensemble. Since 2012, she is studying percussion (orchestra musician) at the Hochschule für Musik, Detmold, Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany. To widen her experience she visited masterclasses from, among others: Momoko Kamiya, les Percussions Claviers de Lyon, Nicolas Martynciow, Philippe Limoge, Damien Petitjean, Bernard Boellinger, Jean-Luc Rimey-Meille, Jean Fessard and Luk Artois. She has also done a lot of ensemble and orchestra projects such as: l'orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, Coopération Musicale de la Grande Région, Eifel-Ardennen Jugendorchester, Luxembourg Philharmonia, Luxembourg Studio Orchestra, Ensemble Orchestral d'arco , Studio Musikfabrik Köln, Top Floor Brass Band and Luxembourg Summer Orchestra. She is very interested in the variety of music styles her instruments offer her, such as classical orchestra and contemporary music.
