Performers.lu stands for a fair remuneration for artists and therefore calculates
a minimum gage per musician per concert of an approximate 220 Euro.
This includes:
- individual practice time
- group rehearsal practice
- travel costs (except if agreed differently)
- musicians' costs: medical insurance, taxes
- maintenance of the material
- scores
- ... and a lot of passion.
The pay varies greatly from artist to artist and project to project, depending on many factors including the need of arranging the music, the kind of venue, the preparatory work, travel costs, etc. ...
